Cleansing the Aura

During a visit to Walmart, I was standing in the checkout lane placing my items on the check out belt facing the cashier. All of the sudden I felt an invasive energy bump into me which was gray and chaotic. I turned and a woman had come up to stand in line behind me. Her aura had a lot of darkness to it which usually indicates that she has a lot of gunk build up caused by stress, negativity, or illness (maybe all three). I've never been the person to initiate conversation with anyone, so I never approached her, but I do know she needed help. The everyday person either doesn't believe in this type of new age or metaphysical view or they just don't think about the possibility that certain types of self care that focuses on energy or the aura can help them. As I developed my abilities I realized how much better I felt when I spent time focusing on keeping my aura clean and making sure that my spiritual needs were met. Life can be very negative, that negativity is in the energy we absorb which can result in blockages in the energy meridians in the body which also can cause physical ailments. You may not believe it and you may think that it is psychosomatic, but it does work! How can you keep your aura clean or cleanse it? I have provided a cliff notes version in the image above but I will also include a more detailed explanation. Everything on this list should be done with intention and purpose! Nothing works unless you are supporting each action by visualization and intention, these things should be done with the thought of the results being for your higher good! NOTE: We discuss things like thought forms and tulpas frequently. Through the years of research I have strongly considered that both of these entities can be created by unresolved issues within the aura which are expelled (like exhaust from a car). I additionally think that poltergiest or RSPK can be more prevalent by individuals with the same unresolved issues residing in the aura. It is an important thing to consider in a potential "haunting" with a living agent/ center/ charge that they need to resolve these issues by practicing these types of self care.

1. Hydrate. Our bodies are made up of 50-75% water, without the necessary water or liquids in our diet it can cause all types of physical issues which in turn compromises our mental and emotional state. Drinking water is best, but making sure you get an adequate amount of hydration daily is important. Additionally drinking water with a squeeze of lemon juice is really beneficial as well. Lemon can improve your mood, reduce cravings, aids in digestion, adds vitamin C, and can help you detoxify.
2. Earthing. While earthing and grounding are generally considered to be synonymous, we will break them into two categories. "Making bodily contact with the Earth's natural electric charge stabilizes the physiology at the deepest levels, reduces inflammation, pain, and stress, improves blood flow, energy, and sleep, and generates greater well-being." Pop off your shoes and socks and put your feet right into the grass and dirt! Your mood will improve!
3. Ground. Grounding for me is more spiritual. It could be more of a day out watching the birds, taking photographs of bugs, enjoying the breeze, taking a walk, or soaking up the sun. Spending time outside in nature will connect you energetically with the Earth's healing energy. It is extremely important to anchor yourself to earth so that chaos doesn't let you drift away into a big ball of feeling adrift and lost.
4. Hydrotherapy. One of the BEST ways for me to cleanse is to visit the ocean, but unfortunately I can't go every day. If you are near a clean flowing water way like a creek or river works well too. If even that isn't possible, swimming or enjoying a warm bath is very beneficial. The best cleansing bath is 1 cup of epsom salt, 1/2 cup of baking soda, and the warmest water you can stand. Sit in the water until it cools and visualize the negativity going down the drain as you let the water out. Showers can be beneficial in this way as well.
5. Limit exposure to electronics. Not only do we not know how electronics will effect us physiologically long term, we also don't realize the impact they have on us in the now. Being constantly connected can cause anxiety and stress. Constantly looking at social media and the news can also cause unwanted energy to be absorbed. Make sure you set a limit to complete certain tasks needed and put them away. Unplug!
6. Meditate frequently. Meditation is the best way to get your energy right. It can be hard to learn how to do at first, but a good meditation is unparalleled. There are many guided meditations on You Tube that are great for beginners. Meditation helps you to control your mind and not allow it to control you, it will help you learn to let things flow. There are many meditations out there for fortune, positivity, healing, removing energy cords, and more.
7. Avoid drugs and alcohol. Drugs and alcohol can create blockages in your energy meridians; which in turn can cause all types of havoc physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically. Remember that everything in your aura is connected. What you feel, what you think, what you do, your physical condition, and more. If you have a type of extrasensory perception, drugs and alcohol will also suppress your ability to connect or it could draw in unwanted energies.
8. Remove toxic people and environments. External situations and experiences are probably one of the number one reasons that your aura can become loaded with unwanted, negative energy. Absorbing the energy from these toxic things can build up over time causing mental, physical, and emotion damage to the body and the aura.
9. Burn Cleansing Herbs. While not everyone is willing to burn herbs, you can burn candles with essential oils as well, however the dried herb would be the best. Herbs or plants such as rosemary, sage, sweetgrass, palo santo, cedar, yerba santa, juniper, and sandalwood. Additionally having a Himalayan salt lamp can also improve mood and help ward off negativity.
